Willis Towers Watson is closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 and are working hard to mitigate the impact of the pandemic on the service you receive at this challenging time.
As part of these plans, they have taken steps to change working arrangements for our Admin and Contact Centre teams to ensure that in the event of any public health concern, which may potentially lead to a high rate of colleague absence, they will be able to focus available resource on critical processes.
To minimise the impact of the current situation on pension scheme members, they are prioritising bereavements, payments and investment related transactions.
